Why do we worry and where do our fears come from? How do we eliminate fears and live fully, without the stresses of everyday life? Firstly, I have found that the main reason that we worry stems from the fact that we have been taught to perceive ourselves as separate and apart from All-That-Is, Spirit. We were told early in life that God existed somewhere in Heaven, so distant from us that we could only get there when we die. For most of us, even as we have come to terms with the God within, there remain some vestiges of doubt that this might in fact be true, especially when we are faced with challenges.
Life as we know it is more of a practice than a process. The more we practice being the essence of God, the more we come into our Godhood. In the process however, we build connecting bridges for those who will follow. For every person who overcomes his/her fear, the fear...
Our fears are the only things standing between us and our grandest dreams. If you check how many times during the day you think about things that bother you, you may find that you have set your worst nightmares into actuality instead of unleashing the potentials for your dreams. Most of us fall prey to this trap; the more you worry the more worries you have. How do we end the cycle of anxiety, frustration and dread?
First realize that we all have our solutions, be it more abundance, love, better health or finding the right partner. Our God self is always working with us to bring closer whatever it is we FEEL, BELIEVE, THINK and act on. This being so it is then a matter of aligning our FEELINGS, BELIEFS, THOUGHTS and actions with what we most ardently desire.
It does no one any good to want riches and then think bills, lack, and poverty or even to buy into the current world belief...
